Why do you use PayPal?

PayPal is a VERY well accepted method of payment on the internet. It is, I believe, the largest such service on the net. EBay has just purchased PayPal and will begin using them on their site shortly.

Is my credit card information safe?

Very safe. All transactions are done by PayPal. I never see or get any of your credit card information. Your payment is placed in my PayPal account and I am then informed of your purchase.

How do you ship?

I ship by Priority Mail with delivery confirmation.

Can I get other woods in my pens?

Yes, I have quite a few woods including burls and some other exotic woods waiting to be turned. I am trying to use a sample of each wood in one type of pen and then putting it on the site. If you see a wood and a style of pen you like, e-mail me at tom@pensandcalls.com and I will make them to your order at no extra charge. When it is ready, I will put it on the site, send you an e-mail, and you can purchase it through PayPal. If you prefer, you can send me a check or money order, but the PayPal method is easier.

Can I buy refills from you?

I could sell refills, but, truthfully, it would be a sin to charge you for the shipping from my supplier to me and then from me to you, plus I could never stock all the colors and styles available and hope to keep them in stock. Instead, you can buy Parker and Cross refills at many stores locally or visit my LINKS page for a couple of on-line stores that stock them.
